Where we ship
PosturlyX currently ships to the United Kingdom only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery cost
Free standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@posturlyx.co.uk.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend the item or issue a full refund.
