How to start a return
Email us at support@posturlyx.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of damage beyond normal use.

Return postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Faulty or incorrect items
